SMS verification program

Chicago Software Guys offers optional SMS delivery of one-time login passcodes and account verification codes to users who expressly opt in and request verification. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Optional consent

You opt in through a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number or accepting general terms does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. Use available non-SMS sign-in methods instead if you prefer. Provide only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your login and verification requests. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's plan determines any charges.

Stop or resume messages

Reply STOP to the sending number at any time to opt out. For US toll-free messaging, the carrier blocks further messages and sends an opt-out acknowledgment. To resume delivery, text START or UNSTOP to the same number and provide SMS consent when requesting verification. Requesting a new code alone does not remove the carrier block.

Reply HELP for assistance or contact Chicago Software Guys through our customer support form at chicagosoftwareguys.com. If you cannot receive SMS, use an available non-SMS sign-in method.

Delivery and carrier liability

Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Never share a verification code with anyone.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or messaging programs.
